How can I get back copies? >

How can I get copies if I live outside the UK? >

Unfortunately we cannot send copies outside the UK and Ireland at the moment.

How much does it cost to subscribe? >

Each issue is £4.99, however issue 1 and 2 come together for the promotional price of £2.50. If you would like to subscribe you can do so via our subscription page.

Can I get the free gifts without subscribing? >

These gifts are exclusive to subscribers. If you would like to subscribe, visit our subscribe page.

What methods of payments do you accept? >

You can pay by Direct Debit, Paypal, Visa, Delta or Mastercard. Please visit our subscribe page and follow the simple payment steps on the secure order form to start your subscription. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Services Team and they will happily make the arrangements for you.

I have not received all my issues, can you help? >

I have received the wrong issue/s. >

We will replace all your issues with the correct copies. Please post your incorrect copies to the address below with a note including your name, address, subscriber number and which issues you should have received.

How do I cancel my subscription? >

I'm not sure about the metric/imperial conversion tables that appear on page 27 >

A few people have asked us about this. The conversions given are all approximate, and have been rounded up or down for ease of use.

We would like to reassure readers that all our recipes have been tested using both the metric and imperial measurements. To ensure good results when baking, never mix metric and imperial measures in one recipe; stick to one system or the other.

Cake mixture or dough containing certain fruits or strong colours may cause some discolouration to silicone moulds when baked. This will not affect the performance of this product.
